Meet Tory
Hi 👋 I’m Tory - the TEO of Vic and Jo Tea Co. and a Certified TAC Tea Sommelier.
Tea has been a part of my life since I was a child, thanks to my wonderful family. I have vivid memories of being mesmerized as my mom unveiled my great-grandmother's delicate tea cups for special dinner parties. Equally delightful were those cozy moments on the couch, sharing cups of Orange Pekoe with my dad while we laughed along to episodes of Cheers.
Tea, for me, became a beautiful fusion of opulent rituals and simple pleasures—both holding equal importance in my heart.
For me, tea is all about connection—whether it's a quiet moment alone or a cherished gathering with loved ones. It provides a precious pause in our hectic lives, allowing us to savour the present and appreciate the simple joys that tea brings. Whether it's a serene solo cup or a heartfelt conversation over a pot of carefully steeped tea, these moments of connection are what truly make tea magical.

Fave book/tea pairings: Darjeeling and a Jack Kerouac or English Breakfast with Oat Milk and an Agatha Christie.
My fave tea moments: Sipping a cup and watching the sunrise in Santorini or Monument Valley (really anywhere in the world), or really there is nothing better than sharing laughs or tears over a cup with my besties.
